I am a self employed consultant in Taylor Thompson Project Services offering advice on general management matters including strategic planning, feasibility analysis, project coordination, organisation reviews, policy analysis etc.
I am very involved in several community sectors including the arts. I am the past CEO of the Tauranga District Council, a term I served for six and a half years. My background is law and management.

I was an elected member of the Tauranga City Council for 21 years from 1986-2007, with particular interests in strategy and planning. I am currently involved as a Trustee of Tauranga Art Gallery Trust, Patron - Tauranga Society of Artists, Patron of Tauranga Special Olympics and Chairperson of PrimeHealth Trust for Community Development. I was also involved with my own business as a Personnel Consultant for over 20 years.
I have 6 children and 10 grandchildren and continue to be involved in a range of community work.

Pamela Lewis, Mt Maunganui
Trustee since 2009.
A retired Radiographer currently involved with voluntary service to the Mount Police ; Tauranga Hospital ED (via St John); and local Bridge Club committee. Happily married to Max with five adult children between us I am an empathetic person with a passion to help people who are trying to better themselves and others in their community, and feel well able to represent Community Groups on BayTrust.
Historically I worked for many community groups from Plunket through Kindergarten Establishment, Girl Guiding, School PTA and Committee, Literacy Group, Netball (playing , coaching , umpiring, administration) through my family years.
A foundation member of ZONTA International; appointed to the Pakuranga Health Camp Board; both Regional and National Chair of Breast Cancer Support Services (NZ Cancer Society); a founding member of the NZ Breast Cancer Foundation and was awarded the NZ Suffrage Centennial Medal by the Queen in 1993 for Services to Women.

Steve Morris, BA (Politics), Papamoa
Trustee since 2009.
I have been a long term Papamoa resident having grown up there before studying at Massey University, Palmerston North. Subsequently I moved to Dubai, UAE and taught English before returning to Papamoa to start a family in 2005.
Currently I am involved in the Real Estate industry and am on the leadership team of Papamoa Baptist Church, I have also been engaged as a part time foster parent at the Open Home Foundation.
I have a passion for our community in the Bay of Plenty and I count it a tremendous privilege to serve you as a trustee on Bay Trust.
