- Applications for $20,000 or more must be discussed with Terri before they are submitted to the Trust.
- Complete an application form and post it, along with all the required documentation, to the Trust Office. (See Apply for Grants).

The Application Form can be downloaded from here for submission to the Trust Office. Because applications invariably require supporting documentation, they must be posted or couriered to the Trust Office. E-mailed or faxed forms can not be accepted.
