BayTrust Roadshows Invitation

We are coming to your region soon! We have engaged Exult to facilitate a series of workshops for us across the Bay of Plenty in early February. This is your chance to:

• Let us know what the challenges and opportunities are for you and your community
• Share ideas and make suggestions about how you think these challenges could be addressed
• Hear from other organisations about what works for them
• Brainstorm new ideas for addressing the key issues for your organisation
• Learn simple tools and strategies for running Think Tanks with your own team
• Hear from BayTrust about our priorities for the coming year

Dates and Times are:

Rotorua – Energy Events Centre:  Wednesday 1st February, 10am – 12pm
Te Puke – War Memorial Hall: Thursday 2nd February, 10am – 12pm
Taupo – Waiora House: Wednesday 8th February, 5.30pm – 7.30pm
Whakatane – East Bay Reap: Thursday 9th February, 5.30pm – 7.30pm
Tauranga – Hotel Armitage Conference Centre : Tuesday 14th February, 10am – 12pm

 
Members of the team will be available before and after sessions for individual meetings as required. Light refreshments will be provided.

Strategic Fund 2017

We would also like to take this time to remind you that our Strategic Funding Round is now open.

The Strategic Fund is a staged business case application process including an initial expression of interest (EOI), shortlist and then business case presentations, for applications over $100k. Expressions of Interest for the Strategic Fund close on 26 February 2017.

The $2.35 million Strategic Fund is where BayTrust will be looking to make a meaningful and measurable difference in the BOP community.
